How to get my teeth whiter?
I want really white teeth, but not too sure on what products are best to get whiter teeth. Anything you can recommend would be really good.

Btw yes i’m in the U.K, we don’t really use bleach over here- durrrrr!
For me, I tried out the Aquafresh Whitening Trays, and they only worked okay. Then I tried Crest Whitestrips Daily Multicare, and they worked perfectly! I would definitely reccommend those out of all the products out there. They are easy to use, affordable, and work REALLY well. my dentist recommended sonic toothbrushes, but i bought a very hard toothbrush and can see the difference. are you in the uk? we dont tend to use bleach as a norm over here but there are kits you can use

talk to your dentist about ZOOM whitening.

Pearl drops are good and do not contain bleach. Also try using a mouth wash 30mins after you brush, Dentyl pH is really good.

There are 3 steps to great oral hygiene.
Step 1 – brush twice a day once in morning and and once at night.
Step 2 – Floss daily
Step 3 – Use mouthwash daily
When you have all of these down then your teeth should be pretty clean. To get them a little bit whiter, sprinkle a little baking soda over your toothbrush along with your toothpaste.

I believe all of the Crest Whitestips work well. I personally use the classic. Its recommended you put them on for 30 minutes, twice a day. You will see a change within days. I actually only use them once a day because it makes my teeth a little sore. There are other whitestrips that dont require as much time, but are more expensive. See the link below.

I heard that the Arm & Hammer toothpaste works best,
and also.. they use hydrogen peroxide in teeth-whiteners.. i would go buy that at the store (buy 3%) mix with some water and gargle with it. Yes it can be used orally, but do not swallow it. I agree with what the other girl said, too. If you brush regularly, floss and use mouthwash then they will get white that way too. I find that this works for me too and i use whitening toothpaste.
