How can I get my teeth to be whiter?
I brush my teeth two-three times everyday and sometimes I put baking soda on my toothbrush which works and I do use mouthwash. I just want to know some good remedy’s to get whiter teeth!I don’t want any online products either:)
Rinse with peroxide periodically throughout the day. I work at a Dental office where the Doctor has sparkling white teeth, I noticed that two or three times a day he goes to his office and rinses his mouth with peroxide. You can find it at any grocery store, most come in a plain brown bottle and cost only a couple dollars. I started rinsing periodically and it starts working within the first few days.
There’s this product called crest vivid white, I use it and it’s amazing! And also taking baking soda nad peroxide and swishing it in your mouth really works well. hope that helps ya

I have heard if you use crest whitining strips it will help as long as you follow the directions and don’t overuse it.

Baking soda does not work! dont waste your time on it and over the counter whitening strips work but u will hardly get any results. The main Substance they use in any whitening method is hydrogen peroxide. rinse with it once a day for like a week and you will see results. after that use it every other day cus it causes abrasion (wearing away of enamel) other than that nothing else will work especially not baking soda.
