Can you get whiter teeth if you brush at night using a flouride toothpaste, spit it out and DO NOT rinse?
Does anyone have any experience of doing this? I’ve heard to get whiter teeth, you should brush twice daily (morning and night), HOWEVER, when brushing at night, at the end, you should spit out the toothpaste and NOT rinse your mouth with water. Doing this for about 3 months will give sparkling white teeth. Is this true?
You brush your teeth primarily to clean them, not whiten them. That’s why brushing in the morning after breakfast and in evening, after eating your final meal, is recommended. Leaving fluoride toothpaste in your mouth without rinsing doesn’t make your teeth whiter. There are toothpastes specially designed for whiter teeth; use those, but clean your teeth at least twice a day – and floss as well. That way you’ll have whiter teeth and clean ones too.
No. The fluoride coats the enamel of the tooth very quickly, and more exposure will not be effective. Its more important to brush correctly and avoid any foods/smoking that leave stains.

I tried for a long time to get white teeth. I finally found a site to get the products dentists use without having to spend hundreds of dollars and it actually works.
