What is the best way to really whiten teeth without paying too much?
Can you recommend me a cheap tooth whitening system…?
First go get your teeth cleaned, then use white strips (you only need to use them 2 a year), then in between white strips and cleanings use a whitening tooth paste, and after you brush use the new listerine whitening rinse, it really works well.
Twenty-five dollars is as low as I have found will work. You buy them as Whitening Strips in the toothpaste section. But you don’t brush your teeth with them, you wear them to bed or like that.

i recommend colgate…or crest cant remember they have a whitnening toothpaste supposed to show in 2 weeks and chew whitennig trident gum and like every little mini thing that whitens teeth.

well i am trying a few at the moment myself-im using a boots brand and the mouth wash its seems to be working so far i have notice the difference..i have heard really good things about there whitening system that it really works in 7 days havent done that yet but i well soon myself…
Crest whitening strips are good..And cut out caffiene things that stain your teeth. Even good old fashion lemon, and baking soda on top of normal cleaning help…but i want really white teeth myself so iam goin for the £400 pound dental work cant wait doing it in summer..

Use crest white strips, use Vivid White Crest Whitening Toothpaste, floss everyday, use whitening listerine. Do this for like a year and your teeth will be as white as they could be

this is going to sound really dumb but it actually works brush your teeth with poroxide it takes about the first brush to start work you will see a little bit of change after your first brush

I tried Crest whites stripes, they made my gums really sensetive and I didn’t seen any whitening in the colour at all. If I were you I’d use a low-cost paste with baking powder. Or be like me and practice smiling without Showing any teeth. I learnt how to do this when I was a kid before I got fitted with braces, and had the ugliest teeth in the world, still use it now even though I’ve got good straight teeth. Old habits die hard!

I found that the Crest Night effects was the quickest. You do have to apply it at night, pasty, but you get used to it, brush off in am. If you cannot stand the feel of that, then just use the white strips in the morning while you are putting on your makeup for a 1/2 hour.
