a lot of people say that you shouldnt use lemon or limes because since they are acidic they will actually damage your teeth in the long run…healthiest way is to use hydrogen peroxide or baking soda…there are a few commerical tooth pastes that have baking soda in it already…but it is a bit more expensive then your normal scope or colgate tooth paste

Ppl use hydrogen peroxide all the time for mouth infections and such. Ask your doc about it. Ever look old war pics, soldiers used it for trench mouth and they noticed that their teeth became whiter! Oh btw, for the idiots, DON’T SWALLOW THE FREAKING PEROXIDE! but do be careful, it can cause blisters if you use it too long. You can also water it down a bit if it bothers you too much. FYI: I am not a dental assistant or medical professional in any way, just an informed person!
