How do you whiten teeth with baking soda?
I was just wondering how I can whiten my teeth with baking soda..
Do I first brush my teeth, then use the baking soda? Or the other way around?
I heard that using warm water helps too..
How much baking soda do I put on the toothbrush?
Oh and how often should I whiten them?
Once every other day?
Thanks!
The easiest and most cost effective tooth whitening methods is using a soap bar (preferably containing glycerol), apply it to tooth brush and add half of a teaspoon of baking soda with a sprinkle of salt. I personally do this once-twice a week at most 3 times a week, but I never do this regiment for more than two weeks at a time and never back to back months. The reason is due to the degradation of the enamel which is a result of the baking soda; teeth become brighter when you destroy/clean the dirty coat, this is what baking soda and dentist teeth cleaning method does.
