Don’t whiten your teeth until you get your braces off.

Your teeth will be white everywhere except underneath the braces.

They recommend you don’t even use toothpaste with whitening in it.

JUST MAKE SURE U DONT SWALLOW IT

ITS FIZZY AND TASTES PRETTY BAD

BUT U SHOULD SWISH IT IN UR MOUTH

OR EVEN BRUSH UR TEETH WITH IT IN UR MOUTH.

well brushing your teeth of course will help but i think you should also try whitening pens too as you can be more accurate with them i’ve been using idol white, you can get a free trial from here http://www.squidoo.com/try_idol_white i’ve been using it and its made my teeth a lot whiter but i dont have braces, its a free so i think for your case its worth a shot,

actually BRUSH UR TEETH! if u don't brush your teeth 2 times a day they will start turning yellow. that's probably the case y ur teeth r yellow. and i would recommend waiting probably to even put baking soda on or getting teeth whitened. you will have this blotches on your teeth if you get ur teeth whitened. and that will look embarrassing. so i really do talking to ur dentist or orthodontics about teeth whiting. but i really would wait.

Baking Soda will help or you can use any of the whitening toothpastes. You don't want to use an actual whitener while having braces on because you will have discolored patches when you have them removed. Once they're off then have them bleached for a beautiful smile!
