i hope you’re … i hope you’re kidding about brushing 8 times a day. you only need to brush 2-3 times NO MORE. when you go over that you’re doing your teeth harm and you’re going to have yellow teeth because you’re scraping away all the protection. you probably have yellowish teeth because you’ve been brushing so much. lol
nice vedio but … nice vedio but shave your sholders,back and a little off of your chest,havind too much hair on your body is a turne off,even on your ”jonny” if u know what i mean!
I’ve also mixed up … I’ve also mixed up the baking soda and sea salt in the sea salt containers with the little spout, so its much easier to get it on toothpaste and eliminates a few steps as well, I think when I was doing it in the past I had way too much salt and baking soda so ive just been putting a little on now.
I emptied out one … I emptied out one of my mouthwash bottles, and gave the crest whitening stuff to my parents in a hydrogen peroxide bottle.
Then I mixed in equal portion of hydrogen peroxide, therabreath ( and water. That way I just have to mix it up and pour out amount in cap of mouthwash. Would be cool if they came out with a Tom’s of Maine with baking soda and seasalt.
Ever think of making something similar or trying to make both into products, like 4HW Timothy Ferriss style?
Peroxide can be an … Peroxide can be an irritant..lost of people are sensitive, use it with caution. Also, brush your tonge, the bacteria on your tonge cause bad breath.

I do it about once …
I do it about once a day, occasionally skipping a day (out of town, forget, etc).
Occasionally being defined as once or twice a month. I never do this twice in the same day.
