I used the Crest Advanced Seal Whitestrips and now i want to maintain my white teeth?
I heard that using Crest Whitestrips Daily Whitening Multicare for only 5 min a day is good for maintaining the white teeth,, but should i wear it everyday? or would it be unhealthy to use them all the time.
I would not use them every single day. They contain a high concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide, which is not bad for you, but it can burn your gums (as you may have already experienced). You did not say where you "heard" this. It may be on the package, which is fine and dandy, but I suspect they just want to sell you more White Strips. Certain foods, like coffee, tea, red wine, grape juice, etc, are notorious for staining the teeth. Drinking the above with a straw and thus getting them past the front teeth would help. Smoking, of course, stains the teeth too. Make sure to brush and floss thorughly each day and see the dentist regularly.
Overall, though, it should not hurt you to use the Daily Care Whitestrips. If you have the time and the money, go for it!
