   A minor correction …
   A minor correction here. Nothing can make enamel regenerate, unless you are a shark or a rodent…you are stuck with the enamel that is on the tooth when it erupts. On the other hand, acidic food can dissolve enamel as well as acids from the stomach (bulimia). This enamel never comes back. Hard tooth brushing and abrasives like baking soda can slowly erode enamel too…especially where it is quite thin, like along the gumline. Careful with bleaching. No one knows what 40 years of bleaching does.

   THIS IS A SCAM. just get some baking soda and mix it with a very tiny amount of bleach. but make a paste out of it first. then brush. after a few brushes you should be whitening up fast. don’t swallow any of this stuff. it’s not good to swallow but neither is toothpaste.

    Oh wow, thanks! For those trying to find the gel, I went to Wal-greens and found the gel. It’s called Plus White, 5-minutes Speed Whitening Gel. All I have to do now is try to mold the mouth guards.

    Not this product but something like it (it’s name slips my mind though) As long as it isn’t TOO concentrated (which most arn’t, it isn’t going to do a lot (if any) damage to your teeth.. (If the box says something like ‘Use every 5 days for a month, you’ll get the best results doing just that… but don’t use that product more often that it tells you… you could do damage… ) =]
