Tooth…Teeth…White Teeth. Definitely I am so sure, that everybody will love to see clean, white and bright teeth. 100% guaranteed. So well, I can say that the existence of beautiful white teeth is what everybody wants to be part of their life. Why? Because every human love to be admired. Including you and me…that is why I write this.

It is a kind of disturbance to all of us, to see in the mirror, the kind of teeth we have…yet we don’t have maybe the clean…white teeth. Mostly, it can affect our self confidence…and even our self esteem, and radically to self hatred. So, I can say that most of us agree that white teeth is important.

make a paste using baking soda to equal amounts of peroxide ,dip you tooth brush in the paste and brush your teeth .leave on your teeth for 10 to 15 minutes than rinse off with warm water and than brush with your favorite toothpaste.you can do this for a week BUT I wouldn't use it any longer because it could be too abrasive.and harsh.

The best way, except for the bleach part, is to have a dentist do this procedure, but the bleach is very effective. I had to take my kid to his orthodontist appointment last week and all of the employees teeth were sooooo white; almost too white. I asked a girl that I knew who was working and she told me of this. Their teeth almost looked fake because they were glowing.
The procedure costs around $300 and insurance does not cover this.
I am thinking about doing this when I get the money because I smoke and drink coffee…

you should do the following:
1.) avoid fizzy drinks… they erode your enamel in your teeth (it takes away the whiteness fro myour teeth)
2.) avoid lots of excessive chocolate and Icecreams
