   Actually, the biggest problem with cleaning my teeth is my gag reflex, I struggle getting the back ones done as I’m just about puking, it’s really annoying.

   If I want to whiten my teeth (they are pretty white, anyway) I basically just clean them multiple times each day for about a week, I’m talking around 10 times each day and it seems to work fine. I normally use Blanx or Colgate toothpaste. I wouldn’t go for any of these whitening kits simply because I’m pretty weary about the sensitivity issue.

   Laser whitening is instant. It will leave your teeth very dry though and it’s relatively expensive to a home kit. Nothing is permanent though. You will need to whiten on a regular basis whatever your method

    i used this stuff and it worked for me you didnt form your guards properly they should be snug so that the gel dosnt come out all over your lips and gums and i had no side affects , prep and instructions 99% of the job
