How to make your teeth white except for brushing them with a tooth paste?Without special creams ..Suggestions?

I know you said no creams but if you really want really white teeth visit a dentist and ask about bleaching. But if you don’t want to do anything drastic you could just be more careful with what you put in your mouth. It would be best to avoid tea, red wine, and coffee that can stain your teeth. But really brushing after these would all help. Check out this site if you want more.

baking soda with a little salt …make a paste then brush away….

Don’t eat or drink things which contain dyes and ask from a dentist to bleach your teeth.

My boyfriend uses baking soda, it works for him, plus he’s a smoker!!
