How do I make my teeth whiter with out using the dentist?

I cant afford any dentist trips cause my jobs not that good…

But anyway when I wasa kid my mom never tought me that I HAD to brush my teeth. So their kinda yellow. I really hate them and I want an easy way to make them white ASAP.

Any oldfashion trips and tips?

I might be able to afford strips… not sure though

bleaching or whitening paste or strips.

  4. whiteening strips aren’t that expensive, about 20 to 30 bucks. they work better than baking soda alone. remember, you have to use an oxidizing agent (peroxide) to whiten the teeth significantly.

    make SURE you floss or your gums will bleed like CRAzY

  6. There are several good ways to make your teeth whiter:
    1. Baking Soda really does wonders, and you don’t have to go to the dentist to do it! just mix a bit in with your toothpaste, or just on it’s own.
    2. You can also try Crest Whitestrips those are also, or even a whitening tooth paste
    those will work but baking soda is more likely to work! Hope that Helped!

  7. agree with what everyone else has said. also there’s a few things you can stay away from too. like coffee, soda, tea well anything with color, wine, smoking if you smoke.
