How can i make my teeth whiter, and get rid of stains?

Well i am 16 and i don’t smoke, drink. I want to get rid of my yellow teeth and some of the stains on it, can i do that? Is it possible? If so does anyone know any methods? How can i make my teeth as white it can get,?

    Brush at least three times a day, and if you still don’t like the results try a whitening system, there a lot of them in the market. You can check a good one i reviewed at my whitening site.
