Any help? My teeth got pretty yellow since food gets stuck all the time and it’s obviously impossible to use white strips. Any solutions to whiten teeth? Does baking soda work?

Baking Soda will help or you can use any of the whitening toothpastes. You don’t want to use an actual whitener while having braces on because you will have discolored patches when you have them removed. Once they’re off then have them bleached for a beautiful smile!

My sister is getting married and wants her teeth to be whiter. They’re a bit dull from years of smoking (she’s quit now) and drinking coffee and tea etc.. What could she do to whiten her teeth a little? She doesn’t want it to look too noticeable, just a bit brighter.

I heard that baking soda whitens teeth, i tried it but it tastes awful. I want to know the name of the best tooth paste that i could BUY that can whiten my teeth. My teeth are not yellllow and they are’nt sparrrrkly white, i try not to wear any white shirt cuz white shirts make my teeth look yellow compared to the whiteness of the shirt!

My teeth are discolored from years of drinking coffee and smoking. I only smoked for about 4 years and I quit over 5 years ago. I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning (for the past 6 years) and an occasional cup of tea. How can I whiten my teeth without spending a fortune on a dentist? Do I need to avoid coffee and tea?

I had the same problem. When I switched to Vivid White toothpaste, it made a pretty noticeable difference. Brushing with baking soda occasionally helps, as well as the white strips that people are already recommending. Just don’t do it all at once, or you’ll ruin your enamel.

Does Red bull stain teeth at all? and what is the best way anyone has found to whiten there teeth? Any home remedies i could use?

Red bull does not stain your teeth but it is not good for them. It could increase your chance for a cavity or if you have any fillings, it could start to break them down. Commercial products are the best for whitening.

Any homemade recipes etc? I want to know another way to whiten teeth besides using Crest whitening strips and going to the dentist. Thanks for your suggestions.

my uncle whom is 70 always dipped his toothbrush in peroxide gave it a shake, then dipped it in to baking soda.always rinse well with warm water. his teeth are white (and he does drink coffee and soda) and in 70 years he has had 1 cavity and still has all his own teeth.
