I also use the Vivid White Crest toothpaste….

I mean using the strips and toothpaste definitely did brighten my smile, and whiten my teeth but I would like it whiter, because I was expecting more from the strips. Anything will help!

If you are already using the strips and the toothpaste, I imagine there isn’t much more you can do without damaging your enamel. Stick with the strips a little longer and make sure you’re taking excellent care of your mouth and they should be as white as they can be. If you’re not worried about your enamel, try brushing with baking soda to whiten your smile. Good luck!

How do I make my teeth really white? I’ve smoked cigarettes on and off for a good part of my life since I was 18. I’m 28 now and I’d like to have really white teeth. My teeth aren’t super dark or anything, but they are a little yellow from the nicotene. How can I make them super white again before I started smoking?

Eh, as you can probably tell, I’m looking for a way to make my teeth white. White teeth look good. Is there anything i can do? Home remedies, stuff like that?

I brush my teeth twice a day (I might miss it at night once or twice, I always do it in the morning), use whitening toothpaste, mouthwash and do it for 4-5 minutes.

I don’t want anything that’s harsh on the gums, though.

drink lots of water and milk,
brush your teeth with baking soda on your toothbrush
crush strawberryes on your teeth
dont drink caffiene or smoke

I want really white teeth and i have braces so I can’t use whitening strips or stuff like that and the docter is just to expensive.

Brush with baking soda and rinse with hydrogen peroxide.

Tastes like crap but it should remove stains and yellowness better than toothpastes.

I dont have health insurance, so anything dental and vision ends up costing me a lot. (I don’t have Health Insurance because once you turn 22, and you are under your parents insurance, you are dropped. Sucks about being an adult =P)

I used to have beautiful white teeth like the movie stars and since having braces on for 2 yrs, they have somewhat discoloured and now have an off colour that the dentist cant do anything about. I dont smoke or drink so thats not the cause. So does anyone have any suggestions how to get them white again?

I got Zoom a while back and though my teeth were known for being white, nothing compared to the results I got w/ it.

I have braces right now but i am getting them off soon… So i want to have really white teeth when i get them off. Also I have crest whitestrips…do they work? Or are there any items at home you can use for white teeth? I heard baking soda was good but idkk.
