How do I make my teeth whiter with out using the dentist?

Author: I cant afford any dentist trips cause my jobs not that good…
But anyway when I wasa kid my mom never tought me that I HAD to brush my teeth. So their kinda yellow. I really hate them and I want an easy way to make them white ASAP.
Any oldfashion trips and tips?
I might be able to afford strips… not sure though
bleaching or whitening paste or strips.

no matter how much i brush my teeth stay yellow. Any advice on how to make them whiter without buying whitener?
Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, then using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use mouth rinse with fluoride for the last minute.
If that doesn’t improve your teeth, then continue to do that but also use crest whitening strips.

BlueJ – if you look at the list of ingredients in most tooth whitening products (including the strips) you may notice that the tooth whitening ingredient is some form of Hydrogen Peroxide. To make your teeth whiter use hydrogen peroxide instead of your regular mouth wash.
Every morning and before bed after brushing and flossing use Hydrogen Peroxide as your mouth wash. You can buy hydrogen peroxide (3% in the brown bottle) at your local drugstore for about $2 for a 32 ounce bottle. Mix ½ ounce hydrogen peroxide with ½ ounce hot water and swirl in your mouth for about 1 minute (hydrogen peroxide is tasteless but it FOAMS and may even sting your mouth a bit). Spit out (DO NOT SWALLOW) and then rinse your mouth out several times with cool water. A 32 ounce bottle will last about one month.
Hydrogen peroxide will not only whiten your teeth it also kills the bacteria in the mouth that causes bad breath and cavities.
