   it says 15-20 minutes if you have really stained teeth not for regular teeth

   How are you? I just have a question about the Pluse White Gel. I baught it and its been a week that i have been using it . I have noticed that my teeth are becoming different shapes from using it. Im not sure if you have experienced this or why its doing that. If anyone knows can you let me know please. Thanks so much xoxox

    It does say that it starts to whiten in 5 minutes on the box that comes with both the gel and the mouth wash. It is just in very small print at the bottom of the box on the side that shows you a diagram of the mouth pieces.
